All submissions to ITARS 2026 will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the presented research. Each paper will be reviewed by one independent reviewer based on criteria such as technical accuracy, clarity of presentation, contribution to the field, and alignment with the conference theme. A double-blind review approach will be applied, where the authors’ identities are concealed from the reviewer. Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewer’s comments before submitting the final camera-ready version.
To uphold academic integrity, all papers will be screened using plagiarism detection tools, and any submission with a similarity index above 20% may be subject to rejection. Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Any AI-assisted content used in writing or data generation must be clearly acknowledged. It is the responsibility of the authors to obtain permissions for the use of copyrighted materials such as images, figures, or datasets. By submitting a paper, authors agree to adhere to the ethical standards of scholarly publication and to present their work during the conference if accepted.
All accepted papers must be presented online presentation during ITARS 2026. Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes for delivery followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. Presenters are encouraged to remain for the entire session to participate in discussions and support fellow authors.
Presentations should be prepared using the official ITARS 2026 PowerPoint Template, ensuring a clear and professional layout. Slides should summarize key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions without overloading text. Figures, charts, and visuals are encouraged to enhance understanding. Presenters participating virtually must ensure a stable internet connection, functioning camera, and clear audio quality.
All accepted presentations will be evaluated by the session chairs based on content quality, clarity of delivery, and research contribution.
