Step Into the Future of Research
Step 1. Submit Your Abstract
Authors are first required to submit an Abstract of 250–300 words written in English through the ITARS 2026 Online Submission Portal.
The abstract should clearly state the research background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and significance of the study. Avoid the use of symbols, equations, or footnotes.
Please include 3–5 keywords in italic and ensure that the author details (names, affiliations, and corresponding email) are accurate.
📅 Abstract submission period: 1 November – 31 December 2025
📧 Notification of acceptance will be sent by 15 January 2026.
Step 2. Prepare Your Full Paper
Upon abstract acceptance, authors must prepare a Full Paper (6–10 pages) according to the ITARS 2026 Full Paper Template (A4, DOCX).
The manuscript should include all essential sections — Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References — formatted in two-column layout using Times New Roman, size 11, single spacing.
All figures and tables must be editable (not images) and labelled properly. References should follow APA 6th edition. Full Paper Format Pdf

4. Review and Revision Process
All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening (maximum similarity 20%) and double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
Reviewers will evaluate each paper based on originality, clarity, technical contribution, and relevance to the conference theme.
Authors may be requested to revise their papers according to reviewers’ comments before proceeding to the camera-ready stage.
Step 5. Camera Ready Submission
After receiving review results, authors must upload the revised (camera ready) version of the paper by 1 April 2026.
All revisions must strictly follow the reviewers’ feedback and maintain the ITARS 2026 formatting requirements.
A Cover Letter may be included to explain how reviewers’ comments have been addressed.
Step 6. Registration and Presentation
At least one author per paper must register and pay the conference fee before the deadline.
Accepted papers must be presented either orally (on-site) or virtually (online) during ITARS 2026 on 8 April 2026.
